Maritza holds a degree in Computer Science from Florida International University. While her passion for computers and programming shaped her academic background, she transitioned into the real estate industry in 1996 by founding her own residential real estate appraisal company.
With over 25 years of experience, Maritza has since become deeply involved in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate, working with buyers, sellers, and investors alike.
In addition to her extensive career in real estate, Maritza is also an active residential real estate investor, having built and managed her own portfolio of properties. Her hands-on experience as an investor led her to enter the housing construction and renovation industry, eventually becoming a partner in a residential and commercial remodeling company.
